Quarterly workshop series in Seattle, WA

Find greater intimacy with yourself, your life and your relationships through embodied practices, play, reflective explorations. Each mini-workshop includes some breathwork, shares frameworks of transformation, movement, partner or group work and guided experimentation in a safe container. Great for individuals or couples, and will meet you at whatever level you come in at.

**Group for Moms of Sensitive Kids**
I am excited to share a new offering that's close to my heart. As many of us know there's been an increasingly intense energy to contend with the past few years and for the sensitive little ones, it can be especially hard to process.
Our world really needs these kids and at the same time it can be challenging, confusing, and overwhelming to deal with alone as a mom.
As a sensitive kiddo myself I would have loved my parents to have had some deeper understanding, resources and support--it always brings me so much joy to share these in session but I am seeing it with more and more frequency so decided to offer a group series in support of that need.
The group is for Moms of Sensitive Kids, and is open to anyone who identifies as a mom.

**THE SHIFT**

Please join us for a mini-workshop series rooted in movement, breath, art and ritual.
We will explore somatic practices, nourish the energy body, empower the breath, and liberate aliveness through creative play and embodied reflection.
Sessions will also offer practical tools for shifting patterns and states.
All female-identified and non-binary folks welcome

Somatic Consultation Group

Open to all practitioners in the healing arts. A virtual gathering to discuss cases and theory as well as support the personal process of doing this work and running a holistic business.

Learn or deepen integration of the somatic-spiritual approach into whatever practice you currently have.

We meet virtually every Third Thursday from 1:00-2:30pm PST. Cost is $50 per session.
